We keep delivery simple — £3.99 per order, no matter how many plants you order.

Delivery

Standard Delivery — £3.99

Orders are normally delivered within 2–5 working days.

We use Royal Mail or Evri depending on the size and weight of your order. Where tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Plant Orders

Your plants are carefully packed to keep them protected during their journey.

As plants are living products, we may occasionally adjust dispatch timing to avoid your order spending unnecessarily long in transit, particularly around weekends, bank holidays or during extreme weather.

Multiple Items

Ordering more than one plant? You’ll still only pay our £3.99 flat delivery charge per order.

Where possible, we’ll send your order together. Occasionally, items may arrive in more than one parcel.

Delivery Delays

Most orders arrive within our estimated delivery timeframe, but delays can occasionally occur once a parcel is with the courier.

If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, please check your tracking information first. If you’re still concerned, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Delivery Problems

If your parcel arrives damaged, or there is a problem with your plants when they arrive, please take clear photographs of the plants and packaging and contact us as soon as possible.
